My problem is that the outside lights that are activated by a single PIR seam to by constantly on. When they should usually go off with the timer there is a slight flicker but the lights stay on. Could this be down to a faulty PIR or is it something to do with the lights themselves...

Are there really no solutions or just this one........

I've just installed a new bathroom and have a problem with the basin waste gubbins. I have a mixer tap on the basin with one of those levers that you pull/push a level behind the tap to open/close the plug. The problem is that it leaks from where the horizontal rod connects into the waste...
