Even if its the central heating water that doesn't seem to be getting hot enough, not the water coming from the hot tap?

Hi, I've noticed that my combi boiler only seems to heat the central heating water to 50C (as indicated by the LED's on the front panel). This is despite the thermostat being set to as high as possible. When I set the thermostat to the lowest setting, the central heating water will get to 70C...

Hopefully the engineer has disturbed something as the timing seems very convenient. With a bit of luck, the engineer wil be coming back on Friday.......
