I did try screwing it anti-clockwise too, but nothing. You reckon Vaseline would be better than Wd40? I don’t have any but can pick some up tomorrow

Thanks I did clean the threads with some fairy liquid, and sprayed some WD-40 on it and in the base, but still no grip when screwing it back in. I am separately waiting for a reply direct from the manufacturer to see if they have any ideas.

Hello, Our kitchen tap handle has come loose and won’t screw back in fully (it stays in a tiny bit but wobbles a lot and eventually will come off again after a few uses). The threads seem in good condition, as does the rubber ring. Unsure is maybe another part came off. We tried with some...
