    Hi all and many thanks for your replies. The model is RF500RT i believe. How do I set the "off" temperature? My programme is: 6am - 18 degrees (i believed it goes of when reaches 20? might be wrong, as I didnt set the "off" temp) 5pm - 20 degrees 8 am - 18 degrees 10am - 10 degrees...
