Thanks 45yearsagasman, did the trick (pull = insert large flat-head screwdriver between the front panel and side, and twist). Thanks others for your time/interest. Just adding some more water to the system, pressure is a bit low.

Thanks. But there is less than a millimetre of space above the entire front, doesn't feel like there is anywhere to move. It seems like the instructions for our old model 400, the design has been "improved" since then.

Probably a simple question to most of you - but how do you open the cabinet of the Worcester highflow 440 - manual says out then up but there seems to be a trick to it. Thanks

Can't see where it's coming from with the front open - would have to take it apart.

My Worcester-Bosch boiler is very old, has been gradually losing pressure for some time. Now it takes only a few hours, and has started making a pool on the floor. Any suggestions?
