How can I unblock system without powerclean? Could it be an airlock somewhere?

No just ordinary rads but big house so 14 rads of varying size. All get warm but then the heating cuts out and boiler stat fluctuates with 2 symbols like opposite corners show.

System only same age as boiler so shouldn't need that.

Thermostat on boiler fluctuating between 24 ish to 55 and other numbers in between. It's fine when only water.

the heating has to be on constant because when i fire it up and turn to only hot water the water is not enough to fire the boiler it only fires when button is turned to rads mode. I don't know about summer and winter setting - is it in the timer bit? The only bit I have fiddled with is where the flap drops down at the bottom - nothing under the cover - yet!!
