Many thanks KidGreen, The pin however does go down freely when the boiler is switched off, could it still be a sticking pin if it goes down easy when switched off?

Hi All, I've recently had my gas meter box relocated from the front of the property to the rear. Maybe a week and a half after the move the boiler has developed a problem whereby it will fire up regardless of the setting. No matter if the selector is set to "DHW only" or "DHW&CH" the boiler...
