What kind of roofing material could we use to replace corrugated plastic sheeting - it is a sloping (NOT a pitched) roof?
There is only 1 cross beam, and the sections of plastic bow, letting in the rain. Ideally, a one -piece roof would be best.
Thanks.
We have an old wooden garage/shed, neglected but in generally sound condition. How do we go about preserving it inside and out, without affecting final decoration - for example the ability to stain or paint it? Are there any specific wood preservers we should use?
Thanks.
Thank you very much guys. It was very good of you to give me so much information and keep answering my questions. I really am much obligied to you.
All the best.
Thnaks guys. Very helpful. I would say that I was way out on the run length, though. I have just measured it at closer to 70m - 75 to be sure. I was well out on that one. Would that mean that 25mm^2 cable is safe or would I still need a larger size?

I would say 2 heaters at 3kW.
In terms of the sockets I would inamge A PC, Kettle, TV or the such like to be connected. Nothing too heavy - perhaps a micowave or fridge
A Few lights - up to a maximun of 4Amps current
Thanks for the replies.
I thinck I will not use storage heating but use normall wall heaters - the type that can be wired in using flex outlet plates.
Would the 50mm2 still be needed for this, as the current drawn will be lower?
Many thanks.

Yes you can do it providing:
There is a mains supply at the rose - not all have this. You can tell as there will be 2/3 wires present.

You fit an isolating switch to the fan.
Providing all it fine you...
