    sorry just read properly. Remove two screws at the bottom of the panel, they are tucked just under the recess. Dont be too obsessed with pressure, it doesn't sound like it to me. Has it got a flow switch? check that when you turn on the hot tap.

    If you have hot water then the boiler is fine. The boiler does not neccessarily need to ignite with a call for heat from the thermostat unless the water temperature in the tank is ok so dont worry about that at the moment. I hate to state the obvious but have you checked the central heating...
