    Thanks for pointing out the search facility which was useful. Is it possible for a lay person like myself to clean the pump out? I took the top off the machine but couldn't see any access to the pump which I think is at the bottom of the machine. The back of the machine doesn't detach itself...

    aeg washer dryer 'e20' error message

    My AEG washer dryer is playing up. Its begins its cycle but makes a grinding noise and then after 15 or 20 minutes, it stops and displays an 'e20' error message. I then have to drain the machine using the filter which is clear of all blockages. Any ideas what is causing the problem?
