ok i have the pcb total removed from the washer what am i looking for on the pcb. Would i be looking for something that's blown or burnt. If so i do not see anything that's burnt out or discolored

How do i check this or remove the pcb i am assuming the pcb is the power circuit board that holds all the wires and everything else on. Also is this an easy fix or does this require a new pcb. Am no tech at this stuff novice but i know bits here n there to work around it
