got a new multimeter. voltage from control board and into heater ok - 230V on red wire. no resistance reading on heater. So I assume that the heater is dead.

Thanks a lot. full E Nr SGS43A12GB/27 free standing model I've opened the sides but no obvious control panel. RIGHT SIDE, a loop of flexi hose. Also at the bottom, I can see what I assume is pump motor, and some wiring. LEFT SIDE, plastic assembly of waste water/fill pipe and water...

Cycle very long, (stays on 1 min for a long time), Dishes not very clean and not dry. Machine fills and empties water, sounds like it sprays ok, Not sure if it heats the water. Please help, Thanks ... After reading similar complaints, I realise that it could be contact on control...
