Almost done before and after

I paid 950 for mine no lid and 2 ceilings got water damage and cost 400 to replace lol So 1350 all in so was worth the risk

I could not justify the cost to have a lid pit over the scaffolding cost is stupid

Now gotta hope it’s all ok for Friday with 45-50mph winds

Worse thing I have ever done in the rain ****ing down all day but ceilings are still ok apart from 1 thank god

Oh I only have the crane for 4 hours but don’t seem to have as many trusses as u I have 9 singles and 2 doubles only There will be me and 3 chippys that do trusses roofs For A living fitting them so I’m hoping it’s long enough

How long did you have the crane for Mines comming on the 14th ish 4.2 meters tall Got the crane for 4 hours but I have only 9 singles and 2 doubles to get up on the roof The rest is cut on site I have raised my wall plate by 75mm as to clear the old ceiling joists

How tall are they and did you get them on ok

Well having taking some of my roof off My house has no straps at all on the original roof which is shocking as it’s only 15 years old So looks like I got to add them now as well which means damaging all the bedroom walls

Planned as best as I can mate hopefully all goes well or kids will he be to sleep in the living room lol

Truss company has said I will get a delivery day and time and yes I can only hope on the weather The chippys do this all the time it’s there main job and they recon it’s doable to get them up in a day everything else will take time yes and if the ceilings get destroyed I’m not too bothered As...
