Ok, so I did some more testing. When I give the user accès to group 1 and 2 (day and night) it does work. It looks like group 2 is missing something that allows me to set using the tag. Really hope someone has the golden tip because this is killing me

With blocks I mean groups. Sorry, I'm dutch ;) So the group I call night only contains the magnet contacts on the windows for during the night time. I can set this group with the code, but not with the tag.
