my mira sport shower will run for 3 minutes or so then the low flow light comes on and the shower stops working for a few minutes once the low flow light goes off it will turn back on ive check the filter and the pipes and no blockages seen any ideas please

i have put my dishwasher through the default test and i have 11 flashes, this is OWL failure, OWL lens or OWL defect or control defect does anyone know what OWL stands for and how i can sort it :?
