    Remote part arm is from the app which we use to set downstairs at night. Exit started was me trying to put the house on full alarm mode from the key pad. We aren’t using the keypad for part arming at night because I weren’t sure if it would work because full arm isn’t.

    Ok, I assume the current problem has nothing to do with the sensor being removed and placed on to a new door. So it looks like I’ll need to get someone out? I don’t have details for the engineer that fitted this to begin with, could I get any engineer out?

    I’ve just been on the keypad to view the status of the zones and 001-008 say tamper? But the rest including the front door say secure.

    I don’t think the tone changes at all from when I hit the tick to confirm I want to arm the alarm. That alarm stays in place until I cancel the alarm because it hasn’t worked. The log now says: EXIT STARTED 1,1 EXIT STOPPED 1,1

    I’ve just tried to arm by opening and closing the door but after a few minutes the chime was still going and when I touched the keypad it just asks if I want to cancel exit

    So when we go to set the alarm if leaving the house we enter the code and set it to arm, it makes that long chime until we open the door and close it but the chime doesn’t change to say it’s activated and is still making the noise after several minutes.
