Wanting to attach a wall rack to the wall. It is the type where you screw in screws on wall first, and the rack hangs on them. Making it difficult to know where to screw in the screws, so the notches on the rack align. And to make sure it is straight. Does anyone know the process for doing this...

wall rack to for coats to be hung on. Screws need to be screwed in first, then the rack hangs on them.
