Sorry i can't find a model number. Its a Combi boiler with a balanced flue approximately 8-10 years old. Its got the lights (which indicate ignite, opeation etc) when you open the bottom panel. I hope that helps. I have also notice that the pressure relief valve is leaking water from the pipe...

Help, I have A Vailiant Combi bolier that works fine for heating but doesn't either heat the water at all or does only for a small amount. I have checked the pressure which is fine. Any suggestions?
