Thank you, successfully connected it up

After gaining entry the ends are glued down and one has a metal screw in it. Is it still the case of using these connections (do I just break them out) or should I just cut the wire a little further up? Thank you

Ah okay thanks you for the replies. I was worried when I opened up the floodlight it wouldn’t be possible. Will attempt in a few hours and any issues report back. Thank you very much
