Gas rate is fine and inlet pressure when running is ok, the boiler was bought 3 years ago but only fitted recently so prob no warrenty

Hi all i have got a horrible howling/whistling noise coming from a heatline 24 viso plus sounds like its coming from the fan, it seems to be when i run the hot water... ideas the boiler is brand new any help would be great thanks
