Thanks, it`s a new property, I don`t know know what was in before but I assume that this boiler was working because it has been registered, it is only 18 months old and I have had Baxi out, not sure if I`m happy with their diagnosis though.
It was the overall attitude of the engineer & Customer Services to be fair, I accept it may not be the boiler it was just the ``not our problem mate`` attitude that left a bit of a sour taste, I had to fight just to get an engineer out after arguing that the boiler was still under warranty...
