After 1 hour and 20 mins on hold with the fitters, have got someone coming out on Monday! Thanks for suggestions, unless anyone can think of a way to fix it before then?!

It has worked properly in the past, only failed last night. And it shouldn't be frost protection as there would be a "p" on the device apparently.

Hi. We had a condensing boiler fitted 2 months ago, and yesterday it decided to go a bit wrong. It is permanently on; even when the timer is off, or on auto, and the only way to turn it off is to have the thermostat turned to practically freezing (not great in the mornings). Any ideas?
