I carried on using it slightly bent and now the top bit has actually cracked

I can remove the actual plug but I just can’t get a replacement as the company have changed their supplier. The problem with the current plug is the middle thread built has bent ( assume one of my teenage sons had trodden on it and it’s bent at an odd angle so no longer fits to plug the bath...

There is no ‘panel’ unfortunately, it’s all one piece. Whoever designed this I don’t know. I’d never get a bath like this again but here I am.

phoenix company aren’t helping - the bath is only 8y old. Can anyone suggest where i can get an old “new” one or what to do. I can’t replace the whole lot as I have a corner bath that was difficult to fit and plumber said if anything ever needs replacing he’s not sure how he’ll ever pull the...
