Cylinder was cold earlier, pipes round cylinder were very hot but hot water was turned off, once turned on the cylinder gots hot. Yes both off now. unfortunately no test meter or test screwdriver.

Yes boiler fires up - pipes to the pump getting hot when off, the water tank is not getting hot and no lights on.

Yes since the pump was fitted but didn't touch the wiring.

We have recently had the pump changed seems to work fine. Have a Potterton EP3001 switch which looks like it is working ok, timer correctly set, but the pump will not turn off when heating the hot water, even when we push the off button, the hot water light goes off so you would expect the pump...
