The hot water comes from the pipe that leaves the hot water tank at the top, but it appears to be some way off from the top.

We have just moved house and there was an existing power shower. There is a seperate pump which is located on the floor of the cupbaord with the hot water tank in. The shower keeps going intermittently hot and cold and then sometimes stops. Originally we thought it might be the pump so...
