I think I woked it out. I found this as instruction related to the sensor. I think it just gets strapped to the pipe after the Wilo Yonos Pico (3f) pump.

That is just crazy.....The whole circuit is off and yet it matters for the RCCB.

You are a genius my friend. I just went upstair. One of the cable runs for the extra sockets being fitted had the live and neutral cables touching. I opened it up and can now turn on the vacuum cleaner.

The upstairs sockets breaker is fitted after the RCCB on the consumer unit. It is right next to the ground floor sockets breaker.

Would it matter that the first floor socket circuit is currently open and not functional? It is turned off at the breaker. and has been off for three days. The RCCB was working fine till about an hour ago and We had lots of power tools running today and yesterday off the Ground floor sockets.

right I have a cooker circuit but it does not have a socket. It is a box where the cooker can be permanently connected or not. It is not in use at the moment as we have an all gas cooker now.

on the RCCB is written RCCB 80A 240V~ Tripping Current 30mA BS4293

I am not using any extension leads. I tested ALL sockets in the house with different power tools. They all cause the RCCB to trip.
