No, the light has never come while driving, even after previous oil changes. Hope it is a faulty switch.

I have a 1999 Ford Focus Diesel 1.8 which has just had a new clutch fitted and oil changed. Once the engine has warmed up the oil light comes on & will not go off. Took car back to the garage and a thicker grade of oil was put in. Car runs great but still have the same problem with the light...
