    Replacing stand alone cooker with oven & hob

    Just looked at the plate on the OLD cooker it says 9.82Kw so i guess that the wiring will handle it!! but i know in this game you do not guess as for the size of wiring the total width of the cable is 13mm and each of the power wires is 6 strand solid copper, how else do you tell? thanks again...

    Hi, I have just removed a stand alone cooker & i want to wire in a seperate oven 1.2Kw & hob 6Kw. question is can i wire them both onto the wiring that was connected to the removed cooker? the seperate fuse for this wiring is 32amp many thanks for any sound advice john
