So it turns out the pipe on my model is optional. You just need to empty the tank that holds the water after a few loads. The pipe doesn’t reach anyway so would need to source a longer one. Thanks

I am purchasing some anchor mounts however the screws that they come with are 2 inches and I need 4 inches as the battens going on the wall are 44mm. When I googled the screw size (see attached), and add 4” at the end, I have no luck. Any ideas what I should be looking for? It could be a bolt...

That’s the original handle in the video. The new handle was definitely fitted correctly. I’ll get a new latch. I took the old latch off and the mechanism appears to be lose.
