The number is 911919019. Im just having another look, it looks like the plinth may be welded on. I will have another look underneath. There is a thick plastic casing inside which is stopping me getting to it from underneath.

Thankyou, I have had the machine on its side and removed the bottom plate but I am still unable to get to the hose. It seems that zanuzzi doesnt like to make it easy. I cant see a way to get to it at all. Such a shame as it only needs a new pipe. It was working fine this morning.
