    Ok here's the problem Hot water seems to be fine On central heating boiler seems so run but never shuts off until it hits high limit and required resetting. It's actually boiling/kettleing I replaced thermistor on heating but still the same and checked gas valve and modulator that's fine...

    hi could anyone tell me the make ( think its made by emillia) and model number of this cooker, the data has rubbed off and is unclear and no MI as usual requires a new gas valve for the grill/oven both on low flame. cheers jon

    sometimes this happens as the fan will run at different speeds for hot water and CH, now they both don't work it probably just filled with more water causing a restriction on the switch to its unable to pull the switch open, you don't need a new switch you can get the water out easy but you will...

    my guess it is connected to an extractor fan. another note its not even 40mm looks like 4" soil pipe to me, and as stated not recommend to cap off, if it is connected to an extractor fan it needs to be vented to outside.

    you will prob find you have water in your pressure switch happens a lot on these boilers , its the auto air vent that leaks and runs into the switch.

    just thought i would add to this as i had the same fault today, replacing the pcb will prob fix this problem but if you want to save some cash then check the board for damaged caps, i found 2 470uf 35v caps had leaked and once replaced boiler back up and running.
