    Match a Tile???

Hi All, I currently have on my house marley gray flat tiles. I am having a summer room built at the back. The pitch on the roof is 16 degrees so I can only use regent gray or wessex gray. Does anyone know which is the best colour match for the marley gray. Thanks for any help, Jiggy!

    Catnic overhang ????

Hi All, My building control man says I need a 150mm overhang on both sides. My problem is the size; I have bought 2400mm's but it only gives me a 125mm overhang on both sides. The next size I would have to get is 2700 which would be huge. Would 125mm on both sides be OK? Thanks...

    145x100 Rafters ???

Thank you very much for you reply. I have ordered 7x2 and the building inspecter says this is fine. My span out going is 3.6 meters and 7x2 aparantly supports 4 meters. I need to double up for the velux's which I can understand. O the joys of having an extension; Thanks again, jiggy!

    145x100 Rafters ???

Thanks for that but that means nothing to me sorry. If I am going out by 3.6 meters and the outer wall it going to standard french door height and it starts 16.5 bricks up from the door level how can I work the pitch. This is another issue because on the drawings he wanted me to have 3 coarse of...

    145x100 Rafters ???

Thanks very much for all the advice; I was going to use 175x50. How have you worked out the pitch without knowing the highs at the house wall and the projected wall?

    145x100 Rafters ???

Thanks Woody; I'll do that and let you know where I get. Like I said building control has passed my friends at 150x50. I thought maybe 175x50 see as mine is 0.5 meters longs. Also bearing in mind I only have two velux windows and some tiles going on it. There is no top floor for cars; lol!
