    Newell Post replacement

I have a very solid 70's style stair banister I wish to replace with modern spindles etc. It has 4 square newell posts which are well secure. What I was thinking of doing was cutting down the old posts to about 12 inches and attaching the new turned newells to the base. I am unsure how I...

    Should I fit TRV's?

I have a brochure for a Baxi 133HE plus and it states, "part L compliance via flow switch for fully TRV'd systems, which means no room stat or bypass required". Views please?

    Baxi Intellisat

I'm fitting a Baxi 133HE plus boiler and considering a Baxi Intellisat room thermostat. Has anybody got any good/bad experiences of one of these? Or is there anything better?

    BAXI 133HE

As suggested I have contacted a corgi installer and he has suggested a baxi platinum 33HE. This has a flow rate of 13.5 l/min. Which is less than the 133HE. I will have a bath and three showers. Will this boiler be big enough? - my thoughts are that it will not.

    BAXI 133HE

I currently have a boiler that is 36 years old. I want to replace it with a combi. I am also extending and will have 20 rads, including 2 in a converted loft space. Would the Baxi 133HE be a good choice:?: It is on offer at plumb centre for £750+vat inc flue and timer.

    Shower advice

I am going to have a combi boiler installed soon. I will also need to replace my shower. I am considering changing my shower for a mira excel EV now as it would work on my current vented system and a combi. Would it be better to wait and have a mira combiflow or combiforce installed?
