I'm looking at a leaking fortic cylinder in a very old house. It's heated via a coal fired rayburn and a direct immersion. The heat leak rad has been removed ('never worked' according to the customer!) and there is no sign of an F&E tank, so I assume it's also a primatic and expansion goes up...
