i want to run my washing machine waste into the back of the toilet waste

hi can some one help me i need to run power to my shed for some quite heavy tooling and a heater (2kw) can i upgrade to a larger circuit breaker on my excisting unit and take a feed to a smaller consumer unit in the shed and what size armoured cable should i use

hi,please can anyone help ? i'm attempting to put my washing machine in an outside brick shed which is adjacent to an outside toilet (still in use)is there a multiquick or equivalent adaptor to insert 1 1/2 waste pipe into if so where can i get one from !!!
