Ok so mains off, clean valves & check seal is way to go? I assume local DIY places will stock replacement parts if need be? and replacing seal etc is pretty easy?

Sorry for late reply on this, forgot all about it until noticed recently the dripping again Went up today to have a look and we have 2 tanks that both run into the pipe thats leaking Both have the ball valves in there and i took 2 pics below, at the moment its just dripping into the tanks...
