Tony (or anybody!) Do you know if the motorised valve would also be the culprit for the kitchen radiator only giving out heat when ONLY the heating is on (ie doesn't give out heat if the hot water is on with the heating)...? Thanks. Jane

I have a conventional boiler - Ideal (although it is far from that at the moment!). Currently I am setting the timer so that the heating comes on (and off) once in the mornings, and again in the evenings, every day. I don't always set the hot water to come on as I don't always need it, so will...
