All sorted now. Builder amending it so taking it down and rebuilding to correct size now. Thank goodness!

Yes, we’ve discussed it. They are keen not to. And suggested calling the planner. They said to regularise it, we’d need to submit an application minor amendment etc again. Take photos and inspect etc…

Hi Blup, Thanks for your replay. In our area, as it’s conservation, and also has particular local authority regulations, we don’t have permitted development rights either but there is a design guide which notes 4m.
