Hope this shows it ok. I only realised the soffit was hanging down when taking the original photos. But I don't see how the problem can be coming from above because the problem damp is on the inside wall below the windowsill? Thanks

Hi, I've got some dodgy paintwork on the inside and possible outside of an outside wall. On the outside is an Air Source Heat pump which might be causing the problem to come through? Thanks for any help/suggestions of what to do with it.
