discovered problem is with diverter valve for some reason switching from heating to hot water after 15 min approx is the problem with the valve or the pcb any help would be grateful

Can anyone help my problem is with the ch on my boiler . Ch comes on no problem but when tempreture is reached in the system for some reason the flow and return locks out so when the burner relights it goes out after 1 minute. Could the problem be with the expansion vessel or is there a valve...
