    sorry , im at bit green when it comes to plumbing . where is the head located??? i installed the shower pump myself and tapped of the pipes going to the bath taps. its a thermostatic mixer type. when i installed the pump it worked fine for about a week and then the problem started.

    water tank is in the loft and storage tank is in the cupboard which is the same level as the pump and bathroom e.t.c . i have fused spur for the pump , and i understand that the pump comes on through water pressure?

    i think that there is air in the system . how do i rectifiy it ? when i turn on the shower i can either lower the head and the pump will start working or i can turn the bath tap on and off quickly and the pump will start working
