Recently purchased a new cooker (Hotpoint). The minute minder "beep" is practically inaudible. Have seen reviews on other Hotpoint cookers with the same complaint. I am somewhat deaf but my wife still has perfect hearing - even she has great difficulty hearing the "beep" . Have bought 2 digital...
