Yeah, I did consider both of these options. I think I would rather try enlarge them to 90 x 90 mm square as they look slightly odd with the shape they are now. Definitely food for thought - thanks!

Ah I see. Did you remove the boards before finding that water was coming in? If so, did you find it easy enough to do? I have not had a proper look yet to see where it is fixed in etc.

How easy is it to remove these? Might be a daft question but i have recently moved in somewhere that these celotex boards are sagging severely and there is a lot of condensation in the loft space
