hello folks i have had this problem for a while now. when i burn a cd it comes out a lot quieter. i normally use windows media player, but i have also tryed nero now, so i assume its perhaps a hardware problem. any help would be much appreciated. john

well just to let people who search on this topic no, i purchased a diahpragm from an ebay store (uk) cost 23.38 delivered. i replaced the part my self. only removed the top of the divertor valve and left the rest in. was easy . now i have hot water again. hope this info helps someone else.

the problem was no hot water, the ch works fine. the demand light does not come on when the hot water tap is on. do you have any idea where i can purchase a diaphragm in the uk.

Hi all after looking through a few posts on this subjet i suspect the problem to be the diaphragm in the diverter valve. (please correct me if i am wrong) i have found some prices for the valves but was wondering if you can buy the diaphragms on thier own to rectify the problem. any help...
