:? Help, I am perplexed by the filling procedure for my Vaillant EcoTec Plus 831 boiler. I have read the manual and because of my installation (due to sockets beneath the unit) it doesn't make sense, the valve i seem to need to get to is blocked by the incoming gas pipe and I can't get the grey...

gas incoming chromed middle, mains cold water and filling loop above with heating out on far right. Sure the filling loop shouldn't be above the mains cold water. See how there is no room to get the grey knob on the valve because of the mains gas pipe!

electric sockets just out of socket on bottom left caused quite a bit of pipe bending to get around.
