My house is a freehold so I can only guess his will be the same. That photograph is from the upstairs bedroom window, so as it looks like a 5' panel he'll be eyeballing that window, the yard and the kitchen windows (the bathroom windows - obscure glass)... when/if the panel nearest goes on it...

Really not sure, I'd assume the owners.... he seems to have a decent enough job and the house isn't that expensive. More annoyed that I have to deal with it when I get home rather than concentrate on enjoying my time off...

... ffs. Just got a few photographs from the better half, I'm away right now. They've took the fence panel down for the night but the fence posts and mounts can be seen drilled into the bricks around the flat roof, so this is obviously the plan. This thing, decking... whatever it is will be...

Afternoon all, looking for a bit of advice, neighbour is sticking a few cheap fence panels around a rear, single storey, flat roofed out-house. I'm assuming this is for a roof terrace of some sort, this gives him a direct eye-line into our back yard and kitchen... the back-yard was over looked...
