danfoss apparently say to replace these every 10 yrs as a service item - bit difficult to schedule that though! Cheers

I've never had one of these off before so just need to check. Obviously the plunger should move under actuation from the solenoid. This one is rigid - a powerful magnet can't move it and neither can I move it manually by pressing the whole thing against a surface - any other way of checking or...
