Thanks Tony, I have not hot water, I can call british gas out for £150 inclusive and guaranteed for 12 months - which sounds pretty good to me after what you have said, Thanks for advice, Cheers Joe.

I have a Baxi Combi Instant HE boiler and this morning I cannot get any hot water. A light is flashing which indicates that there is an issue with the Fan or Flue. Could this be an expensive problem to be fixed? Would someone recommend getting a plumber to fix it or should I get it fixed...
