Hi, I have a Roca T-500 shower and need to replace the thermostatic cartridge. After dismantling the cartridge housing, I can't pull the old cartridge out - I presume this is because of the teeth just above the o-ring closest to the base of the cartridge (see picture), Does anyone know how...
