This could be an option. My roof is an unsealed one and no membrain so tiles straight to the wool frame.
If I was to insulate the roof, it would keep heat in the loft but wouldn’t it have escaped the rooms below?
In the process of renovating a 1930s bungalow and as it’s a small build, I wanted to board the loft to use as storage. The joists are 3 ins tall.
Am aware of recommended depth of usual products of 200-300mm.....but want to have gap of 70mm due to boarding floor for storage.....considered loft...
